To kick off, we’ll talk about what your brand needs. Maybe you’ve had a rebrand and your old tone doesn’t work for you anymore. Or maybe you’ve scaled quickly and now need to speak to your customers with one distinct, consistent voice. Whatever you need, we’ll make a plan that suits your brand and target audience.
❋ Workshopping
I find an in-person workshop with you and your team is the best way to really get under the skin of your brand, and its customers. I’ll tailor the day to what you need, but it’ll always be interactive and fun. We’ll define some key principles that feel right for your brand and, just as importantly, work out what your brand isn’t.

Strong guardrails help everyone get on the same page and writing in the same way. I’ll create comprehensive tone of voice guidelines to keep your copy sparkling, distinct and cohesive, no matter how many writers you have.
